Terrains.xml mod

I just went into Terrains.xml and made this edit directly to restore Civ 6 to Civ 4's values for hills so I would stop having to reroll constantly. For some reason Hills on every Terrain were simply better than flat land. And Ocean is straight up trash not even worth grabbing so I boosted that to 2 Gold.

I am fine with hills being straight better for desert, snow, tundra though, so set those back to 2 like at least Desert hill was in Civ 5.

Sorry about this post guys. I didn't actually start this thread. It was a response to someone asking for an easy XML mod, moved here for some reason. Sorry since its basically now a double post with the post above.
