Looking for help on what I'm doing wrong with my Mod

To put is shortly, I'm trying to make an OP version of the unique improvement, Kurgan. Below is what I've used to mod the improvement but I'm failing at getting it to give Housing and Amenity/Entertainment. The yield changes (food, prod, faith, and science) all work fine but I would like to have the Housing and Amenity too.

firstly, the table name is ImprovementModifiers, not ImprovementsModifiers. Secondly, it looks like you're missing an entry into DynamicModifiers. I suggest taking a look at this modifier flowchart by JNR, I've found it quite helpful.
