Welcome to the AD Challenge!
Yep, it’s another one of those ALC/ Immortal Challenge type games.
But it is (somewhat) different. I have taken a game with normal settings
Civ4ScreenShot0001.jpg

And played as close as I could to an AI until 1AD ,opened up worldbuilder while avoiding looking at the map and saving a WB Save (see attachments). I will play as a different civ Roosevelt (difficulty is Noble-Monarch because we are playing as an “AI” civ and I don’t know what would happen so I changed the difficulty at 1 AD to Monarch)

Now for the players involvement, if you wish, download one of the saves (hold on) and play to 500 AD (is that for normal speed? If it isn’t go one turn further) with whatever civ you choose. Put your report in spoiler tags. If you wish you can open your own thread and show your report there. At the end of the games the players will be listed in order of the win.

Also you can comment on MY game or put your comments like the following

You should *insertcrazycomments here*

And now Roosevelt’s “start”

At least we are leading in score on this continent which must be pretty big. If we can consolidate and replace jungle and AI farms (grr.) with cottages we should be able to fix our economic situation.
Thoughts?
(the saves are for warlords)
(also if you have any questions with the format please ask)

And here is the Worldbuilder save (for picking the civ)

Here is the lower part of the empire.
Civ4ScreenShot0003.jpg

Not developed too well so it needs a couple workers from the north.
Middle
Civ4ScreenShot0005.jpg

Well enough developed but Philly is badly placed with too many farms.
Jungle North
