I do have MS Paint. I see what I can do.

Theres the orginal American city graphics, but the Latin American one makes more sense. It would work for the Meso American Natives and present-day countries, as well as the S. American Natives and Present Day countries.

The European city set is good for America and Canada.

Plus theres the Native American city set for the Haida, Cherokee, Navaho, Sioux, Iroquois and Inuit.

The division was "North America Countries" (European graphics), "North America Natives" (R8FTX graphics) and "Latin American Countries and Natives" (American graphics). I sugegst these 2 options:

Division 1:
- North and Latin natives (R8FTX graphics)
- North countries (European graphics)
- Latin countries (latin city graphics)

or

Division 2:
- North natives (R8FTX graphics)
- Latin natives (American graphics)
- North coutries (European graphics)
- Latin countries (latin city graphics)

what do u think?

I'd go for option 2... it seems more "real" :) But I'd transform those North native cities into modern cities into time.. it would be weird having huts, tents or whatever along with some nice cristal buildings from other civs...

and by the way... which city graphics are you using for North Native civs? the one that's made of tents or which one?

And lastly.. I'll post later some updated images of Artigas, leader of the Uruguayans (I already have two eras completely rendered, and will have another by tomorrow... just need to make his middle age)... as you would say: Uruguay is coming to war!!! :D

Oh, and is there any program which I can use to adjust some of the contrast in all the frames of a certain flic at the same time?

i can see that in the iron age, there is a tech called pyramid building.
For me that is not the best, because in fact the civs who makes pyramid (south america, egypt, summerian (ziggurat) ) was in fact making massive building, you see the difference? the civs was abble to build what they want, not only pyramid, and in the true, the first massives building was not pyramid.

and you are lucky! i have the massive building tech!

I will post pictures of mapuches in the four eras, maybe you could make a mapuche leaderhead, Atahualpa don´t look so much like a Mapuche.

all right, you 'll tell me.
are all the techs used for this mod?

I saw the icon St. Gelven, is not it too futurist? Maybe the icon could be a small pyramid or a pyramid under construction ;)
SoG did a tech tree recentily (Far Horizons mod has some new techs), maybe he has some of the texts and icons, but we can start search for them yet.

@Neot: Mapuches could be a future civi build for me, but I have a lot of work these days, so, in the first ACM version we can this old Inca leader as Mapuche leader. If u have more information about this city, as city list, post here, it could be useful. In the future I hope do the Mapuches, but unfortunaly not now.

I'm going to begin working with paint to make a Blueprint for the Tech Tree tonight I think.

The Pyramid Building Tech represents the Large Step Pyramids/Temples built by the Meso and S.American Natives(excluding the Maphuche, Jes and Tupi) It might be better represented in the previous era(The Bronze Age).

Unfortunately my Computer has something wrong with it so I will not be able to actually work on the mod(or Far Horizons) until I can fix the problem.

Heres a few questions I have:

UUs for the Mapuche: What were the Mapuche famaos for military wise? I know they were skilled warriors who managed to successfully push back the Incans, and later Spanish and Uraguay/Paraguay attempts at conquering them, at least until 1900 AD. I was thinking an First Era unit, and then a late 2nd era unit for the Mapuche.

I believe the mapuche practiced extensive human sacrifice... which can be represented in civ III conquests... i thought the mapuche were a civilization however which vanished far before the arrival of europeans.. perhaps someone can verify this...

Your getting them confused with the Moche. The Mapuche did not practice Human Sacrifice, and were quite peaceful when compared to other natives of the South Hemisphere of the Americas. They were the longest lasting Native Nation(they were destroyed by an allied invasion of Uraguay and Paraguay in the turn of the previous century).

The Moche were gone before the rise of the Incans, so yes, they were'nt around when the Europeans arrived.

If you need it, I've got an Inuit city list:

Iqaluit
Aqviat
Qamanittuaq
Kangiqlliniq
Kinggauk
Kinngait
Panniqtuuq
Iglulik
Mittimatalik
Qausuittuq
Kungluktuk
Salliit
Sanikiluaq
Igluligaarjuk
Tikiraqjuaq
Naujaat
Iqaluktuutiaq
Sanirajak
Kimmirut
Umingmaktok
Uqsuqtuq
Ikpiaqjuk
Talurqjuaq

Note: These cities are all located in Nunavut, but it would be nice to have some Greenlandic ones as well.
Also, none of these cities existed as permanent settlements prior to European conquest (as the Inuit were traditionally nomads), but as they are the cities where Inuit live today, and I have taken care to write their names in Inuktitut rather than in English or French.
I hope this helps.

Repeating my question... any helpers?

I use Jasc Animator Pro to change the *.avi videos extracted from Poser to *.flc, I think the program adjust automaticly teh constrascts, I'm not sure. Try the tutorial session, they helped a lot of in the past, hey are really good.

@Corvex: thanks for the list, I think there is not the Inuit city list, neither leader list or UU suggested.

@SoG: try make the tech tree image in the image editor, if u can't do that, write the instructions, so I can did it for you, post, and wait for the suggestions of St. Gelven and other players.

oh, I thought you were refering to Poser or something... Well, I'll see what I can do.

BTW Civarmy.....How goes the finishing of those units you were making? If Civ Coloring is to hard, you could realise them without it, and just update them later.

do the units is cool and not hard, just a little problem with color, I can't solve it yet, cos I'm busy making leaders these weeks. It will be a pleasure make all these units in ACM. Maybe we could decide what UUs will be included, what do u think? let's do a list

Nah... I've already tried Jasc Animator Pro for that, but it seems it doesnt have any tool for that... for clarification I'll say I just want to get rid of the reddish tone the frames ended up having... I could re-render them, after changing some of the lights and stuff in Poser, but that would be starting this neverending process again (and I dont have much time to do it... I've been already "working" on this head for almost 6 months now :P)

Anyway.. here is a preview of three eras... obviously the reddish tone problem is in every pic, and I have one more problem with the ancient images: the head is bigger than in the other pics, so I'll have to re render it tonight (which wont take long as the problem seems to be quite easy to solve)
