The BIC file...

When i applied the modpack where u replace Catherine with Stalin it says u'll be forced to change the name of ur Leader from Catherine to Stalin urself in Civ3mod.bic , but every time i try to change it the game crashes. is there a special program u need to use in order to change tha BIC file?

just use civ3edit. if it crashes from you just changin the name, something is wrong. are you sure you only changing the name of the leader?
