Yes, I miscalculated. Sorry. That's wat happens when attend engineerin school. We joke at school that any math with letters (i.e. x=5, etc.) confuses us. The sad part is it sometimes we make mistakes cuz we get careless. Ironic, huh, the engineerin student makes math mistakes, right?

Im going to remove anyone who hasn't stated what team they want to be yet unless theyve told me they dont care (rocklike a fool im assuming you dont mind.)

Game wont start this sunday but next sunday. Ill still be up for a smaller test game if anyone wants one during the week.

We should doublecheck that everyone has the same build version. Mine is Civ Version: 317, Build Version: 3.1.3.1 (104717). Make sure yours checks out. Also, turn off modular loadin, as I'm sure we all have different modmods.

A suggestion, now I have had the experience that despite people say 'I have the latest version of xxx etc' you still get 'not the same core files' or similar problems. Am I the only one with that sort of history? Anyhow, you can solve that by installing a fresh version of the Mod, calling it 'The Big Game' and then distributing that folder in a zipped version to all participants. That way -everyone- have the same mods, modmods and modmodmods..

I approve of this suggestion.

Its simpler than that. All you have to do is check that you are running The latest patch for Civ IV (v174), the 3.17 BTS and 0.32i FFH. And no mod mods (so if uve installed any this will require a reinstall of FFH)

Ive done this with SMIFFGIG and tested it with danieleses earlier tday.

You should really update to Civ 313, and get FfH to patch J.

And then, instead of fooling around with multiplayer games, get to work on updating the Jotnar so I can finally try them out

As for the game, looks like I shouldn't join up. I'm going to lose reliable computer access in a few days for a little over a month. Bummer

And us engineerin students are used to Calculus, which is an expansion (and a large one) of Algebra.

LOL. I see two engineers in the same thread about a game I'd like to join, and the reason I can't join is because I'm not at home for ten more days - I'm in Zagreb (capitol of Croatia) because I have to enroll a college ... Faculty of Civil Engineering Coincidence or what
Anyway after I'm back home I might join this game if someone drops. I tried to organize something like this but we were plagued by OoS and dropouts, but then again it was before many patches or even BtS.
Plus wish me luck in becoming a student of engineering
