I'd like to know the formula to calculate how much my city worths when enemy diplomats try to incite revolt in my city. anybody know the formula?
1.whether it's affected by govt type
2.the diplomat's status (veteran or not)
3.whether it's cheaper for spies.
4.how much each building worths during incite attempt
5.wonder's worth
etc.
thanks

You can find the formula at the Apolyton website, in the Great Library forum. Here's how I remember it:

The cost depends mainly on the distance from the city to your capital, the size of your city, and on the size of your treasury. It is not affected by the buildings, Wonders or units inside. Your govt doesn't matter, except that with Democracy revolt is not possible. Also, I think that - Rioting reduces the costs, Spies do it cheaper, and vet status doesn't matter. But check the GL !

The people who researched this formula were mainly interested in the reverse case, where the human player controls the diplomat. Probably, the same formula applies to AI diplomats, but sometimes Civ2 gives advantages to the AI, so I'm not 100% sure the formula answers your question.

The formula for bribing units is similar, but the shield value of the unit replaces city size.
