What about if they build it though, I'm sure that they know it would help them a ton against us, and at worst, it would give extra shields for a while.

It sounds like there is support for trying to build a wonder. I suggest we work on one in Dancing Banana. Even if we don't get our first choice we won't waste the shields because there are so many wonders available right now. No one is formally working on any so only hidden pre builds are possible. I guess they could be doing two each at most if they use the palace and Forbidden Palace as shield holders.
i think we should also use the palace as a pre build, we dont want someone else knowing what we are aiming for, imo it should be Sun tzu we aim for first and then templar, is there anyway we can have another city pre building FP and then we can switch that.
