The under is even better. I love that flag!
Just a sugestion, something on the sides.. it looks a bit bland on the sides... but thats just me

I like over. Under pushes the whole center upwards and makes it look sort of clumsy.

Of the wolf ones, I like the one in post #43 best. But I really like the flag you produced with the Roman numeral 3, Plexus. Good work.

Plexus: The Wolf + the "Ceasar's headgear" in the center + on the left vertically "III" + on the right veritcally "SPQF". I have no photoshop so I can't do it myself.

The eagle looks good but I agree the wolf looks better. Besides, the wolf is the totem of the first President so it fits very well.
