I have downloaded this .scn (its in the Industrial section here at CFC), and I have Fantastic Worlds, but for some reason, it says that my game isn't updated enough. Anyone know about this?

It's probably for MGE. You can download a 'patch' which will update your copy of FW to MGE from this site's downloads section.

Yes, just use MGE as opposed to FW. It gets annoying at times, but it's usually worth having both.
