damn.. both my copies of this game i got from ebgames.com have tech sheets in FRENCH too

can one of you people with an english version scan both sides of the tech sheet?

if it takes several pixs.. thats ok.. i can photoshop them together or something.. I'll just print it out at a kinkos or something.

i dont like Take2's solution of returning the game to england for an exchange.. on my dime.. and ebgames solution or exchanging it at a local store (which dont have any copies to exchange.. and the 15 day exchange policy runs out so quickly).

any help would be appreciated.

Just got a reply back from Firaxis... Looks like good news:

Hi Rob,

2K Games has determined that a small number of units of Civilization IV
incorrectly included the French Canadian tech tree poster due to an error at
an assembly plant. They will definitely be replacing these at their cost and
will have information on their website at www.2kgames.com shortly. We
apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I too, got mine from a GameStop store (in Chicago) and mine had a French Tech Tree poster.

I typically say "Mustard... yuch! One more reason to hate the French." Now I have another.

I too would appreciate it someone scanned theirs and posted the scans. Firaxis and company couldn't possibally gripe about copyright infringement since this is their fock-up.

omg.. too funny

not only are both my copies of civ4 coming with french tech trees.. i just examined the discs.. and both came with defective discs.

its like they didnt write to them properly.. sections of the cd are missing written area.. or it flaked off or something. WTH

Add me to the list. I ordered mine from Gamestop.com and recieved a Special Edition with a French poster too.

Just submitted my name and address for a correct version. Everything english except the tech tree...weird!

I submitted my name and address on the 2kgames website reqesting an english copy, but haven't seen anything yet.
