I'm playing BTS with 3.13 and brhuic's patch, the earth 18 civs map with egypt at monarch level.
I'm about 1889 and 2nd with only 200 points behind china. There are 3-4 civs with 3-4 techs i don't have, but i have 3-4 techs that they don't, and more importantly i'm the only one who finds computers.so i immediately start building The Internet to catch up.my best producing city (Memphis) needs about 12 turns to do it.
Guess what, at 1889ad i press end turn, and in the next the game says memphis can't continue working on the internet!!!!!WTH???
so i try searching what happened. 1)there's not a civ that has computers, so they can't have built it before me 2)they haven't even found the tech to built the manhattan project (for the 1 world project rule, if that's the case)
Also inthe internet icon in memphis's built queue says, "-1 world project left".what is that?
i know what techs the other civs have because after this i opened the worldbuilder.is there a way i can complete it (cheat or something)? with the worldbldr i can't do anything.
