The Klaustrophobic Khan (Immortal Diff)

Like I said, I tried it on Pangea with 11 AIs and no CSs on king difficulty and I've captured every single city on continent and didn't destroy any and at the end I had around 850 GPT! That's my best round for now. Khan is really powerfull, especially his Keshiks, I adore them.
