have you included the extra stuff needed for teh scenario.

i am pretty sure u havent incuded all of the folders, i used to have the same problem with "yamamoto". just put the Pacific war scenario into ur conquest/scenario folder and have art and text folder included in it.then put the map itself in your conquest/scenario folder along with all the other scenarios
