The Multiplayer Iriquois-Mohawk-Child Rushers

Ok, let's set the record straight:
Moderator Action: Let's see it straight here: This is a troll thread, and we don't appreciate having such threads here.

1. ANYONE age 3-11 can build 20 Mohawks in multiplayer, get the free great general and rush their neighboring civs and usually win (because the mohawk is broke as far as 'pure rushing' goes, and everyone knows that).

Conclusion: If you are doing this, you are a CHILD.

2. ANYONE can also play a team game and both teams do the Mohawk rush and win pretty much any team game.

Conclusion: If you are doing this, you are BOTH children.

3. ANYONE who does this over, and over, and over and thinks that somehow in the world of Civ this makes you 'good', is also, a child.

Conclusion: If you are playing Iroquois just to do the Mohawk rush, quit playing multiplayer Civ altogether and just go play some FPS where you get more instant gratification in your prepubescent lives. In fact, just throw your computer out the window and buy a console system because that is where you belong.


I am just so sick and tired of people doing this and thinking that somehow that makes them good. You NEVER beat me even when I have crap civs. You are NOT a good civ player if you can win because you can rush opponents who are TRYING to play the game long-term like it is supposed to be played. All you are doing is beating up on NEW players and ruining their chances of ever enjoying the game so you can get your 40-turns of ego off.

Now, if you play the Iroquois legitimately and the time to attack is early to secure your land or resources, that is a different story. You are not who I am talking about. The ones who I am talking about you know who you are.

Anyway, quit asking me to play with you to 'prove you wrong'. I won't EVER stoop to your level. I play REAL games with REAL players and you are not them. So quit your invites children.

FOR REFERENCE: If you find yourself up against one of these children, the best defense is Swords or Pikes on hills backed with a couple archers each. Do NOT attack the attacking forces, instead rip them down with arrows and let them beat their heads up against your melee units until they are near dead, then finish them off with a cheaper unit. The other thing that crushes their little egos is to have a horseman on the flanks with one mission: to take out their Great General. Oh how they cry when they fail. If I didn't hate them so much and it wasn't the polar opposite of what civ is all about, I would just go searching for them so I could continually devastate them- but then I would be stooping to their 3-11 year old levels.

Conclusion: If you are doing this, you are a CHILD.

2. ANYONE can also cry with the TE and agree to him.

Conclusion: If you are doing this, you are BOTH children.

So give them a break the are just crybaby not more not less. Put em on your ignore list just the same way you ignore crying babies in public.
Go to a place where you find people somewhat competant in playing civ, above the crybaby lvl of sp prince players.

It's NOT crying Tommy. Crying would be me mad because I am being beaten by them. This is FRUSTRATION because I BEAT THEM over and over and yet they STILL insist on doing it.

*IF* they were winning, then it would be crying. They are most certainly not winning against me, just the noobs they pray on.

And before you throw out accusations of me not being any good, why don't you try playing me? Clearly you're a dirty Iroquois rusher and I'll be more than happy to put you in your place with the other children you are defending.
