The Oracle in Pitboss?

Has anyone built the Oracle in a Pitboss game? I did and I recieved no free tech. Is this a known issue?

I built it in mine and got a free tech.

Hmmm... Is your game set up for simultaneous turns and did you happen to be logged in at the transition when it was built? I logged in for the turn it was built and heard the first 2 seconds or so of the music it plays when youconstruct a wonder and nothing... No splashscreen and no chance to pick a tech. It may be that I actually missed the turn of its completion itself, but I'm not positive.
