I Play Roman a lot because they are good for expanding their villages.
SO right when you settle your first village when you start the game, do you immediate build a warrior then a Worker? Or do you rush settlements?

There has been a lot of debate about this, but the general thinking is that the best move is to start on a Worker unless you have Fishing (the Romans do) and a seafood resource nearby in which case start on a Work Boat.

As Rome you'll want to prioritise Iron Working so that you can build a Mine (or settle a city) on any Iron, connect this Iron to your trade network, and build the very powerful Praetorian unit. Iron Working requires the earlier technology of Bronze Working; allowing your Worker to chop down trees and hurry production in your cities.

As per Jtownsend's suggestion in your 'automated workers' thread, Sisiutil's Guide is well worth checking out.

Well Is it ok if I build all farm in my capital.

Then build cottage in my second city. Would you recommend it?

Is also very hard to find Iron

No the capital should run cottages for bureacracy, but you can build the palace in another city if you for example prefer to use your capital as a gp farm.
