There is a magical file I learned about tonight. It's located in: Your Name/AppData/Local/Ara History Untold.
It's called Settings_v121 and it can be opened with Notepad.
There are lots of fun settings in here. For example: SkipIntroMovie, NationCulling, MPNationCulling, EnableMods, graphics settings, MP settings, UI settings. Lot's of goodies to mess around with. Just make sure you save the file after you make changes if you want it to work properly.
