Using the same map I used in the "Next Target" thread, I've placed the "Top 18 Cities" in their approximate location.

As you can see, the majority of the cities are to the Eastern Half of the Nation. Some breaking points are: 7 of the top 8 are Eastern, 8 of the top 10 are Eastern, only 9 of the top 15, and 12 of the top 18. In the end that's two-thirds of our top cities in the East.

As far as breaking it down by Province, it was pretty well mixed. To cut to the chase, first in line is:
