The unit with no name

Anyone here know a word for a person who would attack a city, and destroy about everything in it? I need a word to describe a unit for a scenario I'm working on, a ground unit with "nuclear" capabilities.

I once did this... but I made it a nuclear legion and gave me 100 of them, conquered the world Oh, the memories of Chiefitan level... where cheat mode was grand...

Perhaps a suicide bomber? Commandos? Heavy Artillery?
