I have not seen this game mentioned here and I would say that it looks very interesting for a Civilization fan.

There is a Kickstarter campaign in progress and for 15$ you get a copy of the game.

NOTE: I am not in any way affiliated with this game, I just thought that it would be interesting for other Civilization fans.
