Well...you obviously have no taste in games but getting to your question, I believe most people are hoping the op will. Maybe, another generous, highly skilled modder will come by soon as well. That's personally what I'm hoping for at least.

added a Tamriel mod via Steam to my vanilla Civ5 and am having a lot of fun with it.

I won't be making an Elder Scrolls mod myself, but I think there is one out there under construction already, for those interested. I think I saw it at the Steam Workshop the other day.

Personally, I'm modding Skyrim heavily right now and don't have time for anything else than that.
