Theology via Oracle Crash to Desktop

For some reason, whenever I try to get the theology tech using the Oracle I get a crash to desktop. I've reproduced this multiple times and I don't even have a clue where to start on fixing the problem. Of course this isn't a completely game-breaking problem, but it would surely be nice to get christianity before anyone else...

In any case, if anyone has had this problem as well or (better yet) you have a solution to the problem your help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a bug on completing wonders then crashing to desktop, usually it runs out of video memory to run the movie. Is it just the Oracle that crashes out or have you noticed it with any other wonder? Seems strange as to why it would crash if it is just related to the Oracle. Tried turning the movies off and seeing if it still reproduces the crash?

I hadn't thought of that and I haven't tried it but I know it can't be what's wrong because I can watch the wonder movie, it's just that when it comes time to pick a tech to research, I can't do theology.

UPDATE: I have the same problem with getting theology using Great Prophets as well.
