I spent about $55 on this game over a year ago, it is my favorite game of all time and disc one was recently snapped in half by my cousin being a little punk.

I can proove the purchase I have a reciet and a legitimate serial. Is there any way to play this game without disk one, because I really do not want to buy it again.

If it helps at all I do still have disk 2.

Unfortunately, no. You'll need the disc in the drive to play the game.

Perhaps if you were to contact Atari or Take 2, you could get a replacement disc from them.
