What do those numbers stand for? What information can I get from them that will help me to conduct the game better? What is their usefulness?

Those stand for your allocation; cash, science and luxury.

Thanks DJ54....I've been meaning to ask this for quite a while. It's a great idea...but would be more effective if most people knew what it meant.

If you have played CIV1 it would be quite instantanious... there wasn't much to figure.
The game was so simple and beautifull
