Those Numbers???

Hey, ever sinse I got Civ3 I was always wondering what those numbers mean. The one right next to you Civ name and Government in the Info Box. Probably others have that same question becuase in the rule book it says nothing about it. Below is the picture of what Im talking about circled in red.

They mean (in order): Tax rate, Science rate, Lux rate.

Those numbers are the division you are using on commerce in 10% increments.

Taxes : Science : Luxury

6.1.3 would be 60% going to your bank, 10% toward science, 30% to luxury.
