Thoughts about some tweaks

It should have RAND in its name, that for sure, and Rhye's or RFC too I guess.
I could keep the name and just add to it, Rhye's and Fall RAND Plus? There's not an awful lot of Plus, but I can keep working on it as I learn more about modding.

After achieving my first win (in Monarch! and Domination with Spain! The Americas never looked so good ) with my modmod with no major issues, I feel this is ready for release. I've named it Rhye's and Fall RAND Plus and uploaded it to sourceforge, together with the resource files from Varietas Delectat, I hope that is acceptable?

I guess I'll open a thread in the modmods sub-forum, and work to learn how to set up everything fine at sourceforge for code repositories, updates and what not.
