TILES.DLL error

Can anyone help me here?

I was editing the the tiles.dll with Gif Xtractor and redid the background for the menu of Civ2.
The brown one, that is, when you start the game, with the circle and the lady in the middle.
With the new DLL in FW it works fine, but when I try in MGE, this popup comes up:

The same thing just happened with the MK.DLL files in MGE, but not in FW.

DLL's can be used in MGE, the 30years war scenario has a dll that works. What am I doing wrong?

Have NOBODY seen this before... Amazing...

Did you try to use the same DLL's in MGE that you created for FW?
You need to patch each of them separately. That's what I have found. If you take a close look, the DLL's for MGE and FW are not the same length.
