Say you're miles ahead in tech and you get XCOM, what is the best way to use them, and in combination with what other units?

I have a capital which gets my XCOM 4 promotions, meaning I can get Blitz which lets them attack the same turn...

On the other hand because I decided to not invade others I now have the task of having to beat down 9 other civs in the late game. Signed Nuclear Non Proliferation btw because i don't like nukes.

Just wanted to know how best to use them. Plus how best to use Stealth Bombers and conduct naval warfare. Is my estimate that Missile Cruiser+Nuc Sub=best combo and battleships are redundant?

(i turned off all VC's except domination btw so no risk of timeout)

playing with other VCs but domination disabled means the AI cannot win.

the answer to your question is to spam bombers and Xcoms. It is really simple. You can do it in a few turns, or even in 1 turn if you make enough units. you dont need boats

Stealth bombers and nukes + xcom.

use nukes to reduce city strenght plant a xcom and capture city you can capture all remaining capitals in a few turns with this.

we call this sniping a capital..

olso batleships are usefull if a capital is on the coast use navy to capture it. and use xcom and bombers to capture land cities. I won a domination victory by capturing the remaining 5 capitals in less then 5 turns.

key is position youre military all over the map and atack everyone at once. with nukes stealth bombers should be able to reduce health to zero no problem and move xcoms to capture it with so much combat strenght they usally survive enough.
