Toggle Manaba Display button not working

Hi, same as topic, the button all of a sudden doesn't work anymore. Even after I restart the game or begin a new game, the button can be clicked on, but does nothing. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.

There is a collection of buttons in the lower-right section of the screen, above the mini-map. One of those, called "Toggle Scores Display", must be turned on in order for the mana bar to show. Ideally the mana bar toggle button should also be removed when display of the mana bar is disabled via the "Toggle Scores Display" button, but for whatever reason that doesn't happen.
