Hi everyone.

I'm trying to track down a couple Civ 2 mods I played ages ago, enjoyed thoroughly and want to replay. I've already found Age of Piracy, but there is another mod I am having trouble finding. It is one based on the Silmarillion and takes place between a large invasion by Melkor and Earandil sailing for Valinor. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can point me towards the file?

Are you thinking of the Age of Numenor by Alejandro Spinelli? It can be found on the Fantasy scenario page at the Spanish Civilization site. Browse through the list for other Tolkien scenarios.

No, but thanks for the link. I believe it is Dagor Bragollach, which is a little bit further down the page. I will download and find out.

yep that would be the one.

BTW, I am making a War of the Ring scenario. Sort of a ST Dominion War in MIddle Earth.

BTW, does anyone know where I could track down the original Dagor Bragollach by Hurin? I don't like all of Spinelli's changes.

There's actually a link to a download page in CFC's Civ2 Fantasy scenario section. I don't know if it's the version you're after - I've never played any of these scenarios.

That's some pretty fantastic news, Dominion War is among my favourite scenarios. Best of luck to you with it, hope to play it sometime
