not likely yet, given the instability of the MP code so far.
civplayers.com is where you might want to visit. Though, if MP ever does get patched, and works nicely, I'll likely start hosting tournaments similar to what I did on the 2K forums for CivRev.

I actually am looking to run some sort of tournament now, despite the condition Civ5 MP is in. We will be limited to 4 players of course but on average CivPlayers has 15 games being played per day, so I am thinking that we have the players required to run something. You can give me your feedback here
