Tracking favorite mods?

Hi all, is there a way that I can track my favorite mods, and see when a new version is released? pref by visiting rss links or else?

you could subscribe to the threads here in the forums... woudl of course be triggered by discussion as well, but you would know whenever something was posted in the mod's thread.
