Trade mechanics bug

In the trade dialogue, I am unable to get anything in my column to expand (e.g. resources, cities, you name it). It is completely frozen throughout the three games I have played to date. Has this been mentioned? Or experienced by others?

Are you sure you're not just falling victim to the terrible UI? It seems that the correct place to click is anywhere but the obvious place.
