Trade Routes

I would like to make trade routes more productive, and coastal/naval trade MUCH more productive. Where would I go to adjust how much these trade routes are worth?

Edited, they can produce the other yields or do you want to scale up commerce only ?

I just want to scale up the commerce production. This commerce can be funneled into espionage or research spending, right?
