Not sure how I'd categorize this, but it feels like a bug to me:
In the trade window, when you expand the sponsors list in "Make Peace With" or "Make War With", the header becomes something like "MAKE PEACE WITH" and, at the right of that, an X in a circle. Clicking anywhere EXCEPT the X collapses the list. Clicking the X does absolutely nothing.
