The <TradeYieldModifiers> in CIV4TraitInfos.xml doesn't work. I verified it not working by playing a bare bones BtS game, with the exception of assigning the Financial trait a +2 Gold per Trade Route per the <TradeYieldModifiers> tag
It looks like its' supposed to give you an iYield bonus per Trade Route, but you don't get the extra iYield that you specifiy.
