Trading Worker in PBEM

Hi Guys

Just recently put myself out there and posted my willingness to try PBEM ...
Now am involved in 2 games on the thread and one private ... ... bloody addictive

The private game is 2 players + 6 AI ... tried trading a worker with the other human player and couldn't

>I have embassies with him and another AI civ.
>I can trade worker with AI.

Any idea

BTW C3C v1.22

I noticed it in internet multiplay too. There was no way to trade workers among players.
