Trainer for vox populi pls...

I tried WeMod trainer program with Vox Populi patched Civ V. It worked with main menu but does not worked when ı create a game session in mods menu. All vox populi mods opened but when ı tried to use money cheat, the game ui showed I can gain them one turn later (via trade routes with other nations). The next turn I could not gain the money, showed originaly gained. The other options of trainer also did not worked in mods when ı tried.
I just wanted the money cheat. Can you create a way to gain a big money in same turn on the next patch of vox populi

Use the Ingame Editor mod from the Steam Workshop.

Alternatively if you just want a large amount at the start of the game, in (2) Community Balance Patch > Balance Changes > Difficulty > DifficultyMod.xml, find the 'Gold' entry for your difficulty level and change it to however much Gold you want to start with. Note that this amount scales with game speed, so on Quick it'll be less, and on Epic/Marathon it'll be more.
