[GS] Transform Terrain like the Dam district？

In the XP2, the new Dam district will transform the terrain under it.

I wonder how to do it in like a wonder or an other district, that will be cool.
Also, it wound be really useful for a Dam Wonder, Since most of the dams in the world are in the river.

Also, it seems like all of the XP asset are not exposed until this day. It's there a way to get all the asset in the XPs? Many thanks.

I haven't figure out how this is done yet. It looks like a TerrainElement asset the same way that Natural Wonders are done but I don't know how this is specified in the Art Defines. We might need to wait for the SDK Assets update to see how they made it.

the ski resort also overrides the terrain underneath by the way. Not really anything to work with, either, just another thing you could look up once we got access to the expansion assets.
