I don't know where to put this, and feel like I need to contact more than just the civ III community to have something happen here, if someone is willing.

Someone posted an interesting comment here. Mopean indicates the linked thread, which seems to have some nice screenshots, got written in Han Chinese. Can anyone help with a translation here (of the main text)?
