Yea, I thought about modular loading... but I need a bit more braincapacity Do you know of any good/short guide?

Modular loading? I meant that you can now put the Resource files in a mod folder instead of overwriting the original.

Hmm... ive tried setting it up as a mod, but even if the mod loads ok, nothing in the UI has changed. Any help appreciated.

Same, I'm experimenting with changing the COLOR of the interface (paint it black). Basically took this Interface and changed the color. Used The stuff from part 4 as well. HelP?! I hate it when the game does crap like this...

EDIT: Invalid directory I was using.
In order for the {Part 4} to work it has to be in:
Program Files, Firaxis, Sid, BTS, Mods.
Rather than:
My documents, games, BTS, mods.
I think in the XML directory when it says:
Mods/[mod name]/resource/civ4
It means the Program files folder. It worked after that.
