tried adding one custom civ from the mega pack

and it worked to a certain degree i guess.
except that my flag is white (baaaaaa)
also the UU and UB is a red dot.
also i dont hear any special music as i should be hearing...

also one more thing: making the kotel a unique building is a bad idea.
because you can build it in many cities at once.
imagine having the church of the nativity in all your cities
i would suggest a synagogue instead of monastery
the effects would be -75% war weariness and -5% science

i copied the folder to the folder custom civs
and i ran the jar file

is there something i can do to fix this problem

You need to copy also RoMExtraCiv fpk files from Assets folder (these fpks contain the art for custom civs).
