Juanito is funny and cool, but Betty Boo is not.

I like how disasters were handled in-game. It feels like every disatser is unique, not just "destroy random buildings", and rebuilding is less-time consuming.

Yep, I've had a couple of quakes and hurricane and they were need.

I have to jump on the missing Juanito bandwagon as well. Betty Boom was annoying 75% of the time and entertaining 25% of the time (mainly if you are playing as the benevolent dictator). The new announcer I kind of tuned out since it was not as entertaining as Juanito, I could not tell if it was script, audio quality, or voice acting, but it was not as good.

Yes. I used to hate disasters since they not only felt like a random choice between "World Economic Crisis," "Random Faction Disaster," "Llama Flu," or "Random event that destroys random buildings." With the rebuild option, it is much less frustrating, especially with my other construction having a quick build option (I think falling behind in construction was one of the more annoying aspects of disasters).

One thing I was disappointed with was not as many new building upgrades as I expected. I was also hoping they added art variations of the house and country house, like how apartments and tenements have different variations.
