Trouble building hero- Donal Lugh

The `pedia only says it needs knowledge of Fanaticism to build. I have that, yet can't build the unit. What else do I need?

Donal is the Bannor Hero, so no other civilization can build him and he can only be built once. If you or not Bannor or if another Bannor player already has him you cannot build him.

If you are playing a scenario, some of them block construction of Heroes. (In Lord of the Balors Donal needs rescuing.)

I am playing the Bannor. Turns out it was just a glitch. After I had restarted the computer and reloaded the program I was able to build him.
