Trouble Loading Mod

Hey, now as i just brought civ v i decided I would start modding because it sounded like fun, I decided (after looking at a guide by Derek "Kael" Paxton) to create the celtic civ just like him. I got most things going and decided I was finished, however the mod doesnt work as i cannot load the icons it seems, I have used the correct templates and done everything the guide said to. The error I get is. Unable to load texture CelticIcon64.dds. Any help? i'd love to fix this problem so i can get my mod working in the future and for other people to enjoy my mod

My apologies for taking so long to respond, but I figure late then never.

Did you set the VFS on the file to true? If not, then it won't load. Simply select the file in ModBuddy, look for the properties and set VFS to True.
