Hello!
I'm new to modding, so I was following along with T h e M o d d e r s G u i d e t o C i v i l i z a t i o n V and I get to the part about civ icons. I decided to make my own, and for some reason the icon just doesn't have transparent borders. I've tried both DXT3 and DXT5 .dds formats and I have 2 questions...
#1) Am I supposed to make my own CIV_ALPHA_ATLAS or just use <AlphaIconAtlas>CIV_ALPHA_ATLAS</AlphaIconAtlas> and it's supposed to work?
#2) Does the CIV_ALPHA_ATLAS determine what is alpha or is it the format the .dds was saved in?
