Any story without a source should be assumed to be fake. Why would this information _not_ be passed on if the story is true?

All you need to do is look at www.urbanlegends.com if you want amazing stories with no validation.

Having said that, there is no problem with finding these things funny - just don't believe them.

If you want _true_ stories, try www.darwinawards.com, as they validate their stories...
