Small Continents and Raging Barbarians.

I'm playing this way with BNW and creates an interesting dynamic. By the time people are able to start settling other islands, those islands are full of all kinds of barbarian armies: axe throwers, composite bows, horses, etc, etc. The lands must really be tamed before they can be settled.

Oh yeah, and in BNW they can embark...
