Tsar of the Russias: HoI2 Kaiserreich AAR

Part 29: Alaska

Sitka Alaska, February 13, 1943

A small crowd had gathered around the flagpole at the top of the hill in Sitka. It was the same site where, years ago, the Russian flag had been lowered, and the American flag raised after Russia sold its old colony. But now, the roles were reversed. There were tears in many of the American soldiers eye's as they solemly lowered their flag, and watched as Russian soldiers raised their own flag. Tsar Omega watched over the ceremony, his plane having arrived just in time for him to see the start. It had taken over a year of negotiations, but finally America had agreed to return control of Alaska to Russia. Omega would have liked to celebrate, but he had to get back on his plane so he could fly to the opposite end of the Earth to accept Spain's surrendure, and it's entry to the Russian Alliance. With Spain gone, all nations on Continental Europe would be defeated.

Part 30: Colonial Empire

Somewhere Deep in the African Jungle

In the deepest, darkest reaches of the African jungle, two men cut through the thick flora with incredible speed. The one in the lead looked like any other European explorer, dressed in traditional explorer garb, waving around a machette. But closer inspection revealed that it was in fact Kaiser Willhelm, grinning like a madman as he cut through the dense jungle. Following behind him was a man in a tattered and torn German captain's uniform, with a little paintbrush moustache, who was gasping for air as he desperately tried to keep up with the Kaiser.
Kaiser: "Come on, Adolf, you're falling behind! You don't want to miss the wonders of Africa, do you?"
Adolf: "I'd much rather be back in the palace than out in this bloody jungle...."
Kaiser: "What was that, Adolf?"
Adolf: "Nothing, sir. And why are we out here exploring, when the Russians are defeating us everywhere? They've defeated the Netherlands, and taken control of Indonesia, threatening our colonies in the Pacific! And they're making landings all over Africa, slowly taking control of the strategic locations! And you're out here exploring!"
Kaiser: "Adolf, we have generals to take care of that kind of thing! And I doubt we'd be able to beat Russia even with me leading the army, with us only having.... How large is our army again, Adolf?"
Adolf: "Three old men on bycicles and a dog."
Kaiser: "Exactly! We're probably going to lose no matter who's leading us, so we might as well enjoy ourselves! And this is much more fun than being Kaiser!"
Adolf: "Whatever you say, sir.... Oh, you'll want to take a left here. According to those people at the last village we past, if we keep going straight we'll run into cannibals."
Kaiser: "Did you say cannibals?"
Adolf: "Yes sir."
Kaiser: "WONDERFUL! I've always wanted to meet one! Come, Adolf!"
And with that, Kaiser Willhelm sped off deeper into the jungle, closely followed by his loyal retainer Adolf.

Buddhist Monostary in the Mountains of Tibet

General Denikin stared in open disgust at the Russian division cowering behind any available cover outside the Buddhist Monostary.
Denikin: "What are you people doing?!?! It's only one man! You should be advancing!"
Russian Soldier: "You can advance if you want to, but we're staying here. That guy's got crazy kung-fu powers!"
Denikin growled angrily at the soldier, then started shouting orders into his radio. He was going to show what happened to those who defied Russia. All nine of his divisions were going to attack, and raze the monastary to the ground.

*10 minutes later*

Denikin: "RETREAT!!!!"
Bruce Lee watched as the Russian's ran as fast as their legs could. Silly invaders, thinking they could defeat Tibet.;)

Part 31: Victory!

May 6, 1943: Nuremburg Courthouse

The courthouse was packed, full of people wanting to know what the future held for the German Empire. Sitting in the judges seat was Tsar Omega, conqueror of Europe (Who had donned an ill fitting powedered wig, just for the occasion). Before him was the Ex-Ruler of MittleAfrika, Herman Goering, Ex-Kaiser Willhelm II, and Captain Adolf.
Omega: "Goering, you have been found guilty of these charges: Crimes against humanity, fighting against Russia, stupidity, being incredibly fat, prancing around in that silly uniform of yours, and being a disgrace to the human race. For your punishment, Russia is taking control of your entire nation, and you must take up the sport of Cross Country, and run until you lose some weight."
Goering: "Surely you can't mean that! That's far too harsh!"
Omega: "Be silent! I am Tsar!"
Goering: "grumble, grumble, you're not even a real judge, grumble, grumble"
Omega: "Willhelm II, you have been charged with fighting agianst Russia, and causing me many headaches as I tried to get every victory point you've got in all those tiny islands in the Pacific. You punishment is to be banished from Germany to Africa."
Willhelm: "Can I launch expeditions deep into the unexplored heart of Africa?"
Omega: "Sure, why not."
Willhelm grinned. He liked his punishment.
Omega: "And Captain Adolf. You are charged with the murder of six million Je.... Oh, sorry, wrong timeline. You're not charged with anything. Actually, we'd like to ask for you to rule Germany, with the Kaiser gone. With a moustache like your's, I'm sure you'd be a great leader."
Adolf: "I'm sorry, but my place is with my Kaiser."
Omega: "Fine then. We'll still need someone to rule Germany."
Omega briefly scanned the crowd. Then, he pointed at a random person in the middle.
Omega: "You! What's your name?"
"Me? Joseph Goebbels."
Omega: "Jolly good. You're ruler of Germany now. Court is adjourned."

Can I be ruler of Germany instead?

Can I be ruler of Germany instead?

Sorry, but when I liberated Germany, the leader was Joseph Goebbels.... I was kinda disapointed... I had been hoping that good old Adolf would be in charge (Mainly cause of the sheer irony of him being a Russian puppet)

LOLLERSKATES!

Wait, we are in the Pacific?

Well, we got Indonesia when we annexed the Netherlands, and Germany had a bunch of really small insignificant islands scattered throughout the Pacific (Getting all the ones with Victory points was really annoying....)

Part 32: War in the Pacific

Following Germany's defeat, most of Russia looked forward to some time to relax, and prepare for the chaos that it was about to unleash upon the world. Even Tsar Omega took some time to go on vacation, and visit all the places he'd conquered (Inluding Tibet, which finally fell after months of holding off the Russian Army). At the time, the only part of the Russian armed forces active in combat was the air force, which continued to bombard England for the eventual invasion. The next target for Russia was still up to debate, so Omega compromised by increasing forces on all fronts. Transports were moved to France, and 50 divisions were kept in Paris waiting for the invasion of England. The armies that had captured Africa, along with the Turkish, Italian, Tunisian, Lybian, and Sudanese armies were redeployed to the borders of Somalia and South Africa. Russia's Middle Eastern and Asian allie's armies were sent to the borders of other minor Asian nations ripe for invasion. The majority of the European army was redeployed to the border with Japan and Manchuko. And Zhukov was sent to Alaska to prepare for an invasion of Canada.
At least, that's how Omega had planned for things to go. What actually happened was beyond anyone's predictions.

On May 18, Japan declared war on the Qing Empire, and the Russian Alliance. While at first this seemed a futile action, people soon realized how wise Japan had been to strike when they had. At the time, over half of the Russian army was redoploying, not only making them unusable for combat, but also taxing Russia's transport capactiy, making it very hard to supply troops at the front. Russia's best general and it's best army were in the middle of the Pacific, in an ungaurded transport convoy bound for Alaska. And Russia's Pacific colonies were guarded by just three divisions, all of whom were on a small island surrounded by the Japanese. The situation looked very grim for Russia.

Omega immediantly went to work to fix the problem. Despite supply problems, every division in the area was ordered to attack. Omega hoped that Russia's superior numbers, equipment, and training would overcome the lack of supplies. Zhukov was immediantly recalled, though it would take much of time for him to return. The Pacific Colonial guard was to break through the blockade, and reach any Indonesian island that they could find that wasn't threatend by an imminent invasion. Finally, Omega ordered that all other planned invasion preparations were to continue (except for the Canadian one). While this surpised most of his generals, Omega didn't want to use more of his transport capactiy trying to get his whole army to Asia, and decided they would use less resources where they were.

But even with all these preparations, the sitiation looked bleak. Japan had a far stronger navy, which could strike at any of Russia's defenseless colonies. Their air force, while slightly weaker than Russia's, could afford to focuse totally on Russia, whilest the Russian air force was spread across the world. And while Russia's army was far superior to the Japanese, it too was scattered across the world, and supply problems severly hampering it's ability to fight. The world held its breath as the two giants began to fight. Whether the world would be dominated by Russia or Japan depended entirely on this war....

Part 33: "Hard pressed on my right. My center is yielding. Impossible to maneuver. Situation excellent. I am attacking. "

Tsar Omega glared at the world map on his desk as if it had personally insulted him, then downed another shot of milk (Sadly, milk had proved ineffective at drowning his troubles, but army logistics were so messed up that not even the Tsar himself could get any vodka). To anyone else looking at the map, the situation would have seemed excellent for Russia. Manchuko had been annexed (Thus Russia finally had gotten all the land it had claimed), and Korea had been liberated. The Entente's declaration of war on the Russian alliance had given them the long awaited excuse to seized the last few Portugese colonies, and invade the state of Delhi. Russia's conquest of Somalia and South Africa made it the ruler of all of Africa. Zhukov had landed on the Japanese Home Islands. But for those more knowledge on the situation, things looked very bleak for Russia.
Canadian armies were attacking undefended Alaska, with only a few plane squadrons to resist them. The Canadian Navy, the strongest navy in the world, had been sinking everything they came into contact with. Russian army logistics were worse than ever; Few divisions recieved all the supplies they needed, Russia needed to supply not just their own army, but the armies of all their allies, and generals would disappear in the middle of a battle, only to reappear leading a division halfway across the world. The much publicized landings on the Home Islands were far less than they seemed. Zhukov had only landed on one of the tiny islands north of the main islands, and had made the landing out of necessity, not choice (The Japanese navy was chasing after the transport fleet his army was on, so they had to land at the first place they could find, which ended up being Japanese territory). The Japanese navy had crushed the Russian fleets operating in the Pacific, and Russia's Pacific colonies were left wide open for invasion. The mighty Russian air force had been swatted aside by the Japanese as if it were nothing; Omega could only hope that the reinforcements sent from Europe could save the situation in the skies. And the attempted invasion of Britain had been a bloody failure; Omega's generals agreed that it would take an entire year for Russia to be able to attempt another attack.
In short, the situation presented to Tsar Omega was not very good. The only place where Russia still held the advantage was on the ground, and Qing China was between Russia and Japan's mainland holdings.
Omega stared thoughtuflly at Qing China for some time. He remembered when General NuclearKid had been pressing for an invasino of China..... Well, it looked like he'd get his wish. Omega drew out paper and pen, and began writing the declaration of war to China. He would defeat Japan, no matter how many other nations he had to destroy in the process.
